The staff is rude..I bought tickets for my family on Groupon and was told on Groupon to make reservations.NEVER COULD GET IN... TOUCH BY PHONE LEFT MESSAGES NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS!!!HOW DO U RUN A BUSINESS AND NO CUSTOMER CAN CONTACT FACILITY... Thereforeme and my family went on my son birthday on a Thursday night..To walk in and lady at front desk took a look at us and was likeawwww there ain't no open bowl tonight..We didn't even get a chance to even say anything to her no greeting or nothing just planrude.Never again will I try to attend this place.Oh on top of that didn't bother to say oh open bowl is on such and such daynothing!!!!
