Place is a joke, whoever owns and manages this place obviously does not care about it. Workers have terrible customer service,... and every single time I have went there they never have chicken. What type of restaurant that specializes in chicken runs out ofchicken. lines for drive thru are ridicules. I personally want to see this place succeed but it will only happen if they hirethe right people to run the place correctly. I have officially given up on this location, Do better. Read more
Sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes because the cashier at the window was arguing with the customer in front of me.I... ordered a family meal for $43 get to the window I told her I ordered mash potatoes and Coleslaw for the side she gets smart andsays Why didn't you say that back there when I clearly did. She chose to say I said red beans and rice. I'm elergic to beans whywould I ask for beans. So I drove away because I will not pay my money almost $50 for someone to argue with me first. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You?re not allowed to go into the lobby and pick up takes forever. I had to... cancel my order and leave after waiting for 30 minutes for a sandwich ???? also it seemed like someone is living in there, theyhave their slides laid out and their belonging all over the restaurant. Hands down one of the worst Popeyes you'll probably ever go to. I just left there at 12am. When i was placing my order the girl... working the drive through said we don't have any sides. I said what do you mean you don't have any sides? What time do youclose? She said 12 I think. I said no you don't you close at 1am why would you be taking my order if you was closed already. Howcome yall don't have any fries and you don't close for another hr. She replied, we already cleaning up we ain't cooking no morefood. So I asked, how long the chicken been sitting there. She replied i don't know. At that point I put my car in reverse andbacked outta the drive through and got gone. Mind you The manager was sitting at a table in the lobby hanging out with a workerso i already knew complaining would've been a waste of time. Avoid this location if you can. I placed my online order I got my order correctly by pickup. Food was as I ordered it. Was a bit off how the door was locked to... get into the lobby? Worker said ?we?re closed? but I was able to get my pickup order either way. I have in the best been in thedrive thru line where I?ve waited either 5/10 minutes to almost 25 minutes But this recent pick up order went well and foodmade well. Read more
Literally just went through the drive through 2/28/2022 around 11:42am?? best customer service I?ve ever experienced at this... location since I?ve been living in Richton park since 2016! The drive through went super quick! And the thing lady at the windowwas SUPER nice and pleasant! Actually made my smile and made my day better! My son and I came to this place while waiting on the Metra train back to the Chicago, thankfully it was decent weather outside... because we were forced to wait outside the restaurant to receive and order our food because as usual, the restaurant decideswhen and if they're going to open the lobby for patrons. It's very hit or miss when it comes to that and almost every time I'vegone over there it's been a miss. Other than the food clearly not being fresh, there's not much else I can comment on.
