The food was delicious, and the portions were way more than I could handle, but that is a positive from my perspective. I... recommend this place to my friends and family. The service was very friendly, and quick, the only issue I had was repeatingmyself 3 or 4 times for the same order but that was probably because the employee wasn't in the zone. The rest of the staff wasincredible and handled everything expediently. The food was delicious. Incredible atmosphere. Really wanted to try a cheesesteak on this trip to US and chances upon this place. It was delicious but missing the grilled... onions as promised on the menu though. But the service staff was friendly and helpful, so we can look pass it! Read more
8/13 Their cash register broke the night before. The owner asked if the employees wanted to close. THEY DID NOT. Did it old... school, pen and paper. This gives me hope for the future. I tip my hat to their parents. Great job! And lucky owner. Read more
I always enjoy their food. Hot crispy fries and delicious huge sandwiches. The peach lemonade is amazing. However at my last... visit, I witnessed the guy running the grill trying to stuff his headphones into his pocket (they were falling out) and thenwithout changing his gloves, he reached into the food containers and grabbed food and threw it on the grill. Very unsanitary tosay the least. I was thankful that my sandwich had been made by someone else. Makes me think twice about eating here again. Read more

Haven?t had Charley?s in quite awhile and decided to give the one down the street from my hotel a try. Ordered the chicken... philly and surprised of the taste and flavors were very good. Fries were a little floppy and needed more time in the fryer butoverall tasty food. Read more
