First time user, left with poor experience. Not a good way to increase customer base. I used the app for my order and pick up... thru drive thru. IF I ever return Don't use drive thru for pickup. Ordering was easy and simple and I did get what I ordered.Pickup took 19 minutes even though their was only one (1) car ahead of me. It appears they don't make your order until you reachthe window which no one came to for 6 minutes. Not a good first impression. Read more
Food is always good and fresh. Service is fast and friendly. Occasionally, the drive thru will move slower than normal, but it's... not enough to make me stop coming back. My favorite items are the green burritos, del tacos, fish tacos, and the fries areamazing. Read more
Del Taco really needs to work on time management or getting more staff, I work night shift and I get only a 30 min lunch break,... it takes me almost 5 min to drive there, and it's ridiculous that everytime I go there I'm waiting 20 min in line for food. Oreven longer when there's other customers in front of me and they're also waiting the same amount of time and by the time I getserved my break is pretty much over and I have to speed to get back to work. I go here infrequently and I am surprised,because more often than not I enjoy the flavors that Del Taco has in their food.The... flavors of Del Taco are different from the other chain mexican restaurant here in Ridgecrest,and I think that is a goodthing...especially if you have not eaten here in a while.I really like shrimp so I always come here when they offer the seasonalshrimp delicacies.So now they are offering Jumbo Shrimp Quesadilla Tacos.I went there today and was even more surprised when Isaw they are also offering Jumbo Shrimp Tortas ,as Tortas are one thing I always get.I ordered two Jumbo Shrimp Quesadilla Tacos,and one Jumbo Shrimp Torta.I got the medium and Del Scorcho sauce and went on my way.I opened up both and took photos of them.Iadded some Best Foods mayonaise to the torta because the picture showed some sauce in it,and the bread was dry so I figured itneeded some more flavor.I put a mix of mild and Del Scorcho sauce in both. I have to say that I think these employees know howto prepare the food correctly,because the shrimp were plump and good with a crunchiness as well on the outside on both the tacosand torta.I enjoyed both the shrimp tacos and shrimp torta,and I would order them again.If you enjoy shrimp then come toRidgecrest Del Taco and get your shrimp on.Good Job Ridgecrest Del Taco!!! Nice place...But not a value food The taco is small acordint to its price. i.e it is pricey according to its size. Nice dining... in place.
