Waited well over 10 minutes for service. Not one person said welcome or how can I help you. I remember when they would say hi.... Finally someone came over said something to 2 different people and next thing you knew I and another person has service. As Iwas leaving eith 3 pizza's in my hand a female driver was walking out to put a din on her car and I thought qow someone to holdthe door, she did even look back to see if anyone was behind her. I love Domino's pizza but the service need to be better. Read more

Nate delivered my pizza with exceptional customer service. He was careful with my pizzas and other items. Pizzas were made with... correct amount of toppings. Hot and fresh pizza. Perfect cooking time. Delivery charge is steep but beats driving throughtraffic after work. Great spot for dinner. Read more

Consistently well made products, friendly staff, and competitive pricing has earned this Domino?s an excellent local reputation.... I rate this establishment at 75% as their menu is broad enough to satisfy most appetites but it is not a dine in location. WhileI have had better pizza at other locals, for this remote town it stacks up well against the competition. My largest complainthas nothing to do with consumer experience, but lack of corporate empathy for the hard working employees. The store has largewindows facing west, causing the strong desert son to shine into the eyes of the employees all afternoon until sunset. Thislocation is an area of unusually high UV radiation, which is extremely uncomfortable and dangerously detrimental to eyesight.Additionally, this also causes the store to bake in the desert son. With summer temperatures sometimes reaching 120F, the HVACsystem cannot compensate, creating sweatshop like conditions. Corporate refuses to allow any tinting or shading to be installedto mitigate these conditions. It is a testament to their enterprise that they continue to produce quality products under theseconditions. Read more

The Mediterranean sandwich was really good, the medium 18.00 pizza was dry, burnt and tasted like a piece of salty leather. Very... disappointed, with the exception of Blake, whose customer service was great. Read more

If negative stars was an option that would more accurate! I had aquired enough points to get 3 free pizzas which somehow... equalled 22$ because i added a topping or 2 on 3 medium pizzas, not to mention they were offering the get it to you car in twominutes or its free when my timer got to 10 seconds left they stopped the timer and i sat another 4 minutes waiting for myitems. I asked about the promotion they said they dont honor it..i said well what is the point of having the dumb timer anyways. But i guess a free pizza isnt free anyways!!! I even called the owners # no response! Read more

i ordered a pizza a while back and when it came half the pizza had been pushed into itself i called the manager in a very rude... tone and even ended up apologizing and denied to get a brand new pizza but accepted his offer for a free order next time i orderand to check my email on how to do that. never got an email and the next pizza i made off of the same account i had used toorder it and the pizza wasn?t free don?t ever call for a messed up order as they will make false claims to make them seem decentwhen they really are terrible Read more

Terrible management issues, from the franchise owner all the way down to the local store level. I'd also say as far up as the... C.E.O. Mr.Richard Allison as well. It's terrible too because I LOVE the food.... And their prices really can't be beat, for theproduct they literally deliver.... Save yourself Time,Frustration, and hard earned $$$, here's MY PERSONAL RECIPE for a personalpizza, make it, pop it in a toster oven till the cheese and toppings are crispy to your liking, mine personally is about 7 - 10minutes, or till I can't wait any longer to eat it, basically. It's not rocket surgery, sauce the canvas(pita), lightly chz it,your choice of toppings, moar chz to bind toppings, literally THROW IT in the toaster oven,(plz don't do that, I was joking) tryto wait for it to cook, cut and let cool, then enjoy. My recipe and tricks of the trade come from over 8 year experience as ashort order cook, and in that time,I worked for 6 other pizza joints. This is my PERSONAL technique,my experience and humbleopinion that I'm offering for FREE. Take it or leave it, but remember, that thing is hot as f$!#@ so you can't say I DIDNT WARNYOU. Bing, bam, boom. Delicious pizza for pennies on the dollar. Also here are my settings, and finished Delicious food. Enjoy!!! Read more
