This is the slowest Dutch Bros I?ve ever been. I have been to ones in N. California, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington State. I... have always been impressed by the speed and service of every Ditch Bros I?ve been, until the one came to Ridgecrest. We love Dutch Bros, but we did not have a good experience at this one. We had to wait awhile for a worker to even come out and... start taking orders from the drive thru line. And then they didn?t go in order so a few cars who got there after us ended upahead of us. The wait was the longest we?ve ever waited at a Dutch Bros. When we finally got to the window, they tried giving usthe wrong items. We told them what we had ordered and they had already cleared the order without making it, so we had to waitsome more for them to make our orders at the window. Not great. I dunno if we caught them on a bad day, but things were notbeing run well when we were there. Disappointing. Read more
There were literally 4 cars in the drive thru, I thought okay I?ll quickly grab a drink on my lunch. Nope. Took 30 minutes to... get my order in total. Spent 10 of those minutes at the window. Get it together. Read more
This was my first time ever going to Dutch bros and I was very pleased with the entire experience. In my opinion it was way... better than going to Starbucks. Not only was it cheaper but it was also better tasting. The staff was very pleasant and thepresentation was great as well. I finally made it to Dutch Bros Coffee!! Living in Los Angeles, Ca, there are ZERO close by. Most in CA are up north, boooo.... While in Ridgecrest, CA, I accidentally stumbled upon Dutch Bros Coffee and was super excited to try it finally. I immediatelymade a u-turn and made my way into the drive-thru. Their drive-thru entrance gave me Disneyland vibes. They had like 2 or 3Drive-thru entrance lanes. The time we went, it wasn't crowded, but maybe they have their moments where it is. I went ahead andordered one of their most popular drinks, Dutch Classic Caramelizer. Man, O, Man! It was so delicious; I swear I finished it onjust a few sips, haha. It was excellent and different from other coffees I have had. I'm sad that there isn't one closer tome! The staff was friendly and they all had great attitudes and seemed happy, which made me happy and makes me want to comeback. The drive thru and the whole area seemed clean and well maintained. The shine is wearing off. Been going here since they opened, comparison from opening weeks to now: Service has drastically... slowed down, taking 5 minutes per car. Drinks are still great, but my recent visit left me unsatisfied with what I've come toexpect from Dutch Bros. Pictured is what I recieved today after ordering a large Nitro Cold Brew with light ice. I did take onesip but essentially there was 1/4 of the drink missing. When I asked I was given a half reason based on light ice. Also, ittasted like regular Cold Brew, not Nitro. Very disappointed with the degrading customer experience. Read more
Dutch Bros has come in clutch many times with my late night work schedule. Open til 11pm makes it convenient for me when I need... that caffeine boost late at night. Blended Irish 911 is my go to. Perfect for needing energy. Recommend to those in the area. Read more
