So after living here for a few months I've learned that you do not order food from here at night or you will get sick. It's old,... cold, greasy, with weird tastes & smells, it's disgusting, I could of spent $42 somewhere better. I guess at night no one cares,or are just too lazy to do their job well. Normally my hamburgers are good here, but lately they have been towards the slimy side. The lettuce was not crispy and the... onions were not raw and crispy more slimy than anything else. Was very disappointed my last visit. Read more
Food quality is inconsistent. They won't put extra lettuce on the tacos unless you wait for them to actually hand it to you.... Fries are usually at best just lukewarm. Staff acts like they hate their jobs. Their reply today was bogus as it only took me toanother survey. Typical Ridgecrest treatment. Read more
Skimpy food spend 23$ and they still want to charge you for ranch.
As usual, the crew was pleasant and professional. The drive-thru line was a bit slow, but that?s understandable due to overnight... staffing being much more lean than during the daytime. It was disappointing but understandable that the machine for shakes wasdown. It does need to be sanitized at some point. Overall, very satisfied with food & service. Read more
I went in and ordered a southwest chicken salad with grilled chicken then went to the restroom to wash my hands. I went into the... restroom and found no soap in the soap dispenser. I informed someone behind the counter that there was no soap then waited forthem to get soap in the bathroom. After 15 minutes they had finished. By this time my salad had already been served although, itwas served with a spoon and knife...no fork. Luckily I had plastic forks in the truck as I am in construction and sometimes needthem for my own meals that I bring with me. I don't know if they were short staffed but it clearly seemed they were as the lunchrush was a very big rush. The salad was good but really how do you mess up a salad. Read more
Overall had a 0/10 experience for customer service, and food. We had ordered on the mobile app and immediately went to go pick... up the food. I get to the drive through line and they confirm the order, and I get to the window and they tell me they don'thave any order. I wait in the front parking lot like I was told by the manager to settle the order and get it replaced for 20minutes and no one comes out. I get back in the line and they told me they had it ready and gave it to me after whispering backto the workers, "They're here." The workers didn't have clean uniforms on, hair was not tied back and facial hair was notcovered. The food was cold and the attitude of the workers didn't end up helping the situation at all. Food pretty fast food basic but there are some bargains like the 2 "monster" tacos for $3. That & a drink make a quick... inexpensive shopping snack. Clean inside & staff helpful. Read more
