Food was fine, basic pizza for a decent price. Staff could use some customer service training though. Orderd early and requested... a later time pickup. Restaurant was busy, so I can understand why my pizza was done 30 minutes past the requested pickup time. While waiting, the employee behind the counter was rude, and gave everyone inside attitude when they were asked about the statusof orders. I have worked Food service and understand that busy times can be stressful but, that does not give an excuse to berude and impatient with customers. Read more
I love me some affordable and delicious Little Ceasars Pizza. BUT this place never has anything "hot and ready." Be prepared for... a twenty minute wait. Sometimes the pizza is made with love and sometimes I am very disappointed. They can pretty much get awaywith it though because the are they only Little Ceasars in Ridgecrest. Read more
Dude gave me a "look" because I walked in 30 minutes before close to pick up an order I placed as he was mopping the front.... Maybe you should wait until your pickup orders are gone or until you actually close to finish your closing duties, expletive. Read more
Never any Hot and Ready pizzas. Ordered 1 tonight and waited 25 minutes. Checked on the order and the order was never made. ... Poor delivery drivers from Grubhub were upset to because multiple people got their pizza before him and he was there for 30minutes. The place is a joke. Get your staff trained! Read more
