Ordered the top sirloin steak here the other day, medium rare. I was served frozen veggies, powdered instant mash potatoes with... canned gravy and boxed minestrone soup. My steak was not properly cooked, it was just seared on the outside, cold and raw on theinside (I think they may have been cooking them from frozen). After messing up my parties checks the waiter just forgot aboutme; I ended upgoing to a separate waiter to close out my check. I won't be coming back; who ever is running this place justdoesn't care about anything. Read more

Great affordable family restaurant, with typical American style food. There is a healthy amount of Mexican-American food mixed... in, but not so much that this would be considered a 'Mexican Restaurant' per se. I purchased the tilapia, which came baked. Itwas cooked well, so it was light and flakey. I asked for double vegetables rather than have extra carbs. The vegetables were notbad, but nothing special. A bit over-steamed and watery, most likely from frozen not fresh vegetables. My son purchased hisfavorite, spaghetti and meatballs. The portion size was enough to fill his teenage apatite and have a little left over. My wifehad a salad, which she enjoyed. It was not oversized, but large enough for a meal without left overs. We declined desert. Thestaff were friendly, attentive without being troublesome, and did their best to make the dining experience enjoyable. Lugo's hasgrown to become a local favorite for good reason, and I recommend giving them a try. Read more

Rough charm around the edges but the food my wife & I ordered was pretty good. I got the pastrami sandwich which was well... seasoned and flavorful with a side of perfectly cooked fries. Drinks are standard fare but our happy hour margaritas were huge! Our only complaints were the bathrooms and tables. The restrooms need renovation as they look and feel a little run down. Thetables could also use better cleaning as ours had black pepper spilled across it (but I will say that the staff is very friendlyand attentive to customer needs). Read more

Post pandemic update: Decided to try a club sandwich. I paid how much for this single slice of turkey? $11. I also have an... unknown expense for the addition of cheese. I haven't seen the bill yet. So, I used to eat here 4 or 5 days a week. Miguel'sservice is what made it worthwhile. The food was ok, not amazing, but reliable. Every time we order something suffers from crosscontamination like onions in the pancakes or tuna on the enchiladas. The salad bar was removed a while back. It wasn't huge butit was an improvement over the iceberg side salad. Today I got to see new menus. They included price increases of $1-2 perentree so I'm done... This food isn't worth what they're charging. Update: Today they let a big dog in. Not a service animal, just a big old dog. Wtaf? Read more
