Went today my order was messed up as usual. They even use a computer so how was my order so wrong! Ordered six bagels and was... given four. If those four only two were correct. Got the other bagels and left in frustration. Bagels are cold and taste likethey were made earlier this week. Bagels should be soft and warm without needing to be toasted!!! Always high quality prices are a bit out of range for what I think a bagel place should be, but it's Ridgefield and we are... suffering an inflation period..so I can cut them some slack. Staff is always really friendly and food is fresh. Their coffee isgreat also. Read more
It?s been a while since i went to Steve?s but i went yesterday (7/26) and while waiting for my bagel, I noticed one of the girls... seems like she soiled herself her shorts and parts of her front of her legs were stained brown and red even her back!! I evensaw some of the workers giving her side eyed looks? I don?t know what management is thinking or if they demanded she keepworking but I was so disgusted I left and threw my bagel out, not going back ever not even worth asking for a refund Read more
I will preface this by saying that I have high standards for bagels. That said, I really did not enjoy this bagel. It was not... nearly proofed enough, meaning it was dense and dry. It was a thin "O" shape. I went just after 7 am and it tasted like a dayold bagel. Also, I ordered a toasted scone and a toasted bagel with butter. I got a cold scone and a sliced bagel without anybutter. I personally will not go back but to each their own! Read more
First time at Steve's bagels in Ridgefield and it was a pleasant experience, the bagel I ordered came out quick, a nice bacon,... egg, cheese, cream cheese, ham, on a everything bagel. Had to get a cinnamon swirl which is great, I do highly suggest you guysadd some icing on the top of it, like I did in the photo, makes them look better and taste better! One thing I would suggest isto train the staff to be a bit more upbeat when taking orders. Feels like I'm taking an order from a fast food place where theemployees are lifeless, it's already hard to have a welcoming atmosphere when everyone is wearing a mask and you can't see asmile but to also have employees not seem happy to serve the people of the community great food, to not even say, "enjoy" or"see you next time" you can feel that and it's not that pleasant. If you guys are going to charge $7.25 for an "avocado" BLT then I suggest in the future you actually put some on. I would have... gotten a regular BLT or maybe just a bagel with cream cheese if I knew this is what I'd get. Lesson learned here, I love yourguys bagels w cream cheese and it was stupid to try and deviate from them. But really $7.25 for that.... Read more
