I just want to thank Fuel Bistro for being open and providing service daily and up until 8pm. So few options in Ridgefield if... you want something other than fast food. Many days places are closed or close early. Your sandwiches have been one of myfavorites and consistently good food. Consistency and availability is so key to repeat business and you have mine!
