I just want to thank Fuel Bistro for being open and providing service daily and up until 8pm. So few options in Ridgefield if... you want something other than fast food. Many days places are closed or close early. Your sandwiches have been one of myfavorites and consistently good food. Consistency and availability is so key to repeat business and you have mine! Great Bistro with with a better than average selection of quality wines. I've been there a few times for lunch and find myself... coming back. The food is always wonderful. There is a gift shop adjoining the restaurant that features kitchen and home decoritems.One tip I can give you if you're going for lunch make sure to get there a little bit before noon to ensure a table.
