We usually make a weekly stop here for dinner. Sometimes I would give this place 5 stars, but other times I would give it a... single star. You never know if they will have a full team working or just a few people. They are often out of products ortoppings. Great product, poorly managed location. Two of the staff members were working circles around the the other four but couldn?t... make up the deficit, making service painfully slow. Online orders move to front of the in person line repeatedly. Supplyordering breakdown left this location to run out of basic pizza topping ingredients before 7 pm on a Friday night. Managementfail. Kudos to the smiling young woman taking point at the prep line and to the young man at the cash register and thefulfillment counter. Read more
First visit to the new MOD pizza in Ridgefield. I've been to MOD before, but this restaurant is more of the same. Excellent... staff, fast service, and a very clean restaurant. Received a promotional email for free delivery. Submitted our online order at 5:35 pm, estimated delivery time was 6:10 pm and... then that changed 3 times. Finally Received our pizza at 7: 25 pm. The pizza was cold (2), overcooked, very few toppings andtasted like cardboard. One of the worst pizza we have had. AWFUL. We will not be ordering from this MOD pizza location again.Very dissatisfied, we used to enjoy MOD pizza. Too bad. Read more
Generally, we really like MOD pizza, but this location is the worst. App tells you the food will be ready in 20 minutes and... you?re lucky if they?re done in 60. And the order is wrong at least 1/2 the time. I kick myself every time I don?t just go toBattle Ground or another location. This pizza had about 4 crumbles of sausage per slice (but not spread evenly). It has morethumb prints than sausage. Ridiculous. Read more
I need to take a minute to share just how impressed I am with the exceptional service I received at this MOD Pizza location... today. I'm used to receiving friendly customer service at every MOD location I go to but this crew goes above and beyond tomake their customers feel special. This isn't my closest MOD but with service this impressive, I'll gladly go out of my way togive them my business! Read more
This review has nothing to do with friendliness of staff or the service necessarily ... it's all about quality and wait time. I... don't leave one star reviews often as I don't believe service, quality or factors are so bad that you can't leave a 2 or a 3but, in this case, we just won't be going back for a long while. Twice in a row now we timed the arrival for when it was to beready and twice we've waited OVER an hour. We live only a few minutes away and the pizza, both times, was almost cold. The waittime three pizzas ago was about 45 minutes but at least they gave us noname cakes and sodas for the inconvenience (a nicesurprise). We generally love MOD and cant' wait for our MOD movie nights but sadly we are just going to have to go elsewherefor a while. This location has great people but it's SO busy now that the quality just isn't there and the wait is sofrustrating. Not sure what the answer is but for us it's going elsewhere. Read more
