Worst service consistently by all employees at this location. This time paid for my.oder by app pull into drive through, get... checked in, then sit there 25 minutes to be told my order was cancelled and I won't get it or be charged. I leave and 5 minuteslater my account is charged. When I called asking if I can come get the food I was charged or my money back they said no. Alsorefused to tell me when a manager or at least an adult would be working. Never got my food or money ???????? Read more

While I don't have high standards for Taco Bell, this one is so terrible I felt compelled to leave a review. Having been to this... location countless times, I can say it is without a doubt it is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Furthermore, itis consistently understaffed, closed during advertised hours, and it delivers incorrect orders frequently. Half the time my foodisn't even wrapped and falls apart in the bag. If there is any kind of line at all, it is literally faster to drive all the wayto Salmon Creek, get food at that location, and drive back. The only reason this location is in buisness is because there iszero competition for it. Read more

We ordered a Burrito Supreme for my wife and one for myself. There was a teaspoon of ground beef on her burrito, 3 small... chopped tomatoes on hers after ordering extra tomatoes, a tablespoon of shredded lettuce and after ordering easy jalapeño?sthere were 8 slices of them on the burrito! More of them than anything else! Just horrible food. The order of potato bites wereridiculously small as well. I?m not going to describe my burrito in-depth but it pretty much sucked also! That sub par food costover $17! That will be the last time either one of us ever eat at a Taco Bell! Don?t waste your money. 7-11 food would have beenbetter! Read more

This location has had some stumbles getting going, but I have to say that every time I visit the employees are really nice and... helpful. I had a great experience right before 1pm on Tuesday the 13th, and I left feeling so impressed with the woman who tookmy order and helped me. They're definitely trying. Read more

The slowest taco bell on the planet. There will quite often be a line of cars stretched all the way around the building into the... street. If you make the mistake of getting into that line expect to sit in it for an hour. It happens every single day. Noexaggeration. You would be better off driving to any other taco bell in a 30 mile radius. Read more

Almost every time I go to pick up an order there is an off shift employee distracting the working employees and often go behind... the counter. How do i know they are off duty? its topic number 1 every. single. time. This last time I went (mobile order) istood in front at the counter for 20+ minutes waiting for an order that was marked as ready 5 minutes before i even showed up.My food was not started until i finally got someone's attention. Clearly nobody in charge who knows what they are actuallydoing. Literally 1 car at most in the drive through every few minutes no line whatsoever this was awful if i could have refundedand left I would have. Read more

They lock the doors so you can't go in to pick up your mobile order even though the sign outside tells you to. You are forced to... sit in the drive thru, which takes an absolutely stupid amount of time. In the time it takes to go thru this drive thru, Icould drive down to the Salmon Creek taco bell, order, get my food, and drive all the way back. Read more
