Krispy Kreme is famous for everything you'll find at this location. Friendly workers, delicious doughnuts and coffee, and a... clean and inviting atmosphere. This store is well placed on County Line Road not far from I-55. Northpark Mall, and othershopping centers, and restaurants are nearby. So, what are you waiting for? Surprise your family by saying, "We're going on adaytrip of shopping, starting with delicious doughnuts that are good for you, good for me, good for everybody"! Read more
Extremely rude workers that are openly hostile to the customers. The managers act like scared sheep unable to control the... employees. The GM "Jasmine" is unreachable. I came through the drive thru to order a cup of Almond Milk. As there was a lineand I wasn't sure the store carried almond milk I decided to call to make sure. A very rude employee answered and then slammedthe phone down. I called back and she once more answered and slammed the phone down again. By this time I was at the drive thruspeaker and I heard her voice on the drive thru. I told her I wanted to speak with a manager about her slamming the phone downrepeatedly. When I made it to the window I explained to the manager what had happened and there was no "I'm sorry" or anything.The sheepish manager just looked at me and said "Well, she said you was the one slamming down the phone". So not only was theworker abusive and rude, she was a liar too. And the manager did nothing to correct her behavior. I won't be returning. Read more
This Krispy Kreme location, has to be the absolute worst in the entire chain. I have been there for the first ever, the donuts... were NOT fresh, and they just tossed the donuts in the to-go box. And the service associates are just as horrible. I?ve had Ms.Erica, she shouldn?t be working in service industry. I would strongly advise going to another Krispy Kreme location. Read more
I went to the drive thru and sat for about 2 minutes and nobody came on to take my order. I went inside thinking it would be... quicker and ended up standing there for 5 minutes with the woman at the drive thru looking at me 3 times before she finally puther phone down long enough to say, ?are you waiting to order?? When I told her yes she walked away to get someone else. As Ileft I noticed one of the workers in the parking lot talking on the phone. Most times I go, I?m told ?we?re out of pretty mucheverything.? Have gotten the cinnamon rolls from here before and they were not up to regular standard. As you can see in the picture they... were smaller than the regular glazed doughnuts and looked like mini doughnuts. The two ladies looked at each other beforehanding me the box so they definitely knew. Drove 30 minutes and paid $8.39 for these items. Won?t happen again. Read more
