Heard about and saw very concerning things happening here.. Only purchased from here once but definitely won't be back.

The staff was rude, machines weren?t working and they weren?t labeled they weren?t working, when we walked up to the register... the employee walked away and began cleaning something. We stood there for a few minutes until he got done. He seemed frazzledand disgruntled. It could have just been a bad day but the store wasn?t busy and he was rude to another set of customers aswell. They have a great product. I would rate the frozen yogurt 5 stars. On 1 star because of the service. Where did you get these... quiet employees from that dont greet you or anything. Customer service grade F. Please get sum young upbeat energy in this placebefore these employees cause people to stop coming. The guy never noticed our exsistence until it was time to pay. The frozen yogurt is delicious here. Plenty of fresh toppings to choose from as well. Everything is kept neat and clean. My only... gripe it's that they were out of about half of all of the flavors that should have been offered. Also the employee working thatday shut things down early. I like their selection of low fat yogurt. It's always super clean in there. They have a good selection of toppings. There's also... outside seating and games on the table. My nieces and nephew likes this place...they also have mood changing spoons! Read more

Pretty average "squirt your own frozen yogurt into a cup and weigh it" joint. There's nothing offensive here, but there's... nothing particularly special or delightful, either (unless you count the oddly phallic giant decal of the spoon they've stuck onthe glass entry door). The surly young man behind the counter had to be asked for sample cups and barely even acknowledged ourexistence. After we pulled our own yogurt, weighed it, and did everything else ourselves, he seemed angry that we weren'tattentive to the tip jar he'd placed on the counter. Where do I start...Excellent is an understatement. This is undeniably the best frozen yogurt restaurant. They have tons of... delicious (and good for you) flavors, there literally is something for everybody. Everything is self-serve. You can decorateyour yogurt with tons of yummy toppings. The toppings are always super organized. The yogurt always tastes perfect, with themost creamy delicious consistency. They also have deliciously fresh fruit. Did I mention this place is immaculate in terms ofsanitization? The restrooms are always show-room clean. Even the tables are spotless. The employees and management here trulyknow how to provide great, great customer service and they are so very friendly in the most genuine way. They even have asuper-cool FREE customer loyalty card where you get points or "smiles" for each yogurt purchase which you can use to earn freeyogurt! Gosh, it is so refreshing, coming into Menchie's. I love this place! They have so many flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from. They rotate new flavors often, so everytime I go,... there is something new to try. You can taste as many flavors as You want for free with mini taster cups. They have many toppingsto choose from, from candy, Brownies, and sprinkles, to fresh fruit. Price is determined by weight, but the prices are veryreasonable, and well worth it. Everytime I have been here, the people working were super friendly! There is both indoor andoutdoor seating.
