Every experience I've ever had at this Panera Bread has been terrible. The employees are never NOT rude. We placed a mobile... order and our drink cups weren't included. My sister and I had to flag someone down and ask for the drink cups we were owed. Allflavors in the soda fountain tasted exactly the same, like colored seltzer water. Although it is the responsibility of thecustomers to clean up their own mess (so many of the people in this locale weren't raised right and feel so entitled that theythink someone should clean up after them), many of the tables were too disgusting and covered in dishes to sit at, and theemployees clearly weren't cleaning off the tables often enough. The location is great. There are plenty of seating areas incl. outside. They also have a pick-up station inside. I ordered soup... in a bowl and once I sat down, I noticed the bowl was dirty. I scraped inside the bowl to see if it was leftover food and itwas. Ugh. Decided to return the soup. Just order "to-go". The food was good though. The chicken sandwich was good. One of the workers stole my puppy and sold him to a manager there for drugs. I called her to straighten this out she told him I... made a complaint and he keeps threatening my life.
