Every experience I've ever had at this Panera Bread has been terrible. The employees are never NOT rude. We placed a mobile... order and our drink cups weren't included. My sister and I had to flag someone down and ask for the drink cups we were owed. Allflavors in the soda fountain tasted exactly the same, like colored seltzer water. Although it is the responsibility of thecustomers to clean up their own mess (so many of the people in this locale weren't raised right and feel so entitled that theythink someone should clean up after them), many of the tables were too disgusting and covered in dishes to sit at, and theemployees clearly weren't cleaning off the tables often enough. The location is great. There are plenty of seating areas incl. outside. They also have a pick-up station inside. I ordered soup... in a bowl and once I sat down, I noticed the bowl was dirty. I scraped inside the bowl to see if it was leftover food and itwas. Ugh. Decided to return the soup. Just order "to-go". The food was good though. The chicken sandwich was good. One of the workers stole my puppy and sold him to a manager there for drugs. I called her to straighten this out she told him I... made a complaint and he keeps threatening my life. I had to contact the cooperate office to file a complaint. They guaranteedthat this will be taken care of. The puppy is on all the lost and found web sites Read more
Great vanilla latte but it always takes a long time if I don't order ahead. Great lunch there too. Great customer service!
I normally have a great experience, but today was sloppy. My margherita flatbread didn't have any basil, and my husband's baja... bowl had black olives. Since he doesn't eat olives and the baja bowl isn't supposed to come with olives, I took it back. They"remade" it (removed the olives) and of course missed some. Read more
I ordered an in-cafe pickup which went fine, but it was the quantity for the price that was incredibly frustrating. I got the... steak and cheese sandwich, the 1/2 version, and it cost $8.49, but the size of it looked like it was made for a child. It cameprepared in one of those side pieces of bread that comes with your soups. It also seemed to have been shrunk inside a microwaveor toaster oven so much that it appeared to be a 1/5th the size of what it?s pictured on the menu. Ordered online and did a pickup tonight. Grabbed my meal and looked inside to see what looked like the correct order. Got home... and unwrapped what was supposed to be a full size sandwich and instead it was not. Wrapped it looked like a full, unwrapped itwas a half. My chips are bigger than it. This is not the first time this location has done this. Managers need to step up andteach this generation how to properly make the sandwich we paid for and how to read the tickets/double check. I've had mcds inwest Jackson get my meals correct more times than this Panera Bread. Read more
Second time visiting this franchise in years. Loved the pizza and Baja bowl. Enjoyed the Agave lemonade mixed with green tea.... Sat outside to enjoy lunch, but ended up going inside due to a quick change in the weather. Read more
