Well apparently there must be new owners or something. It's not the old primos I've ever enjoyed over these years. We took... family members in that are visiting from Scotland. Ordered simple breakfast dishes, which should have came out hot. All fourorders every single plate was cold. Nobody's dish was even somewhat warm. One of the items were corrected however it's still ashame when they were not that busy and had plenty of staff hanging around. I placed an online order 8/23, used Apple Pay to pay for my breakfast, only to get there and be told that my order was not... received. I went home got my phone and came back to show the cashier I placed the order. While there I attempted to check mycard for the transaction. I checked the wrong card. So I decided to just let it go. This morning I woke up and decided I stillwanted the breakfast I didn?t get yesterday, and maybe while I was there I could mention everything from yesterday and show themthe pending transaction. Today I called back to place a phone order and the lady hung up the phone on me. I didn?t say anythingabout the order from yesterday she just hung up the phone. Read more
Don?t usually gripe about our local establishments that we frequent but this is the last straw. We tried to order online, could... not. Husband went to the location and ordered. Waited on the order. Got it and checked the receipt on the bag. It wascorrect. Got home and it was totally wrong. Took it back to the store and there was an issue. He left it with them and camehome. This is not the first time. Last time we went, I paid for dessert with my debit card. The next morning I woke up tothe back calling with a bunch of charges I didn?t make. This week, I ordered the fried chicken blue plate meal online. Primos staff is very helpful, and I order from this restaurant... because I know I don't have to wonder whether or not my food is going to be right. I come in on my lunch break, my food is hotand ready to pick up, and the staff know me by name and get me in and out quickly so that I can get back to my store. Theirfried chicken has a great flavor as well. I do have one concern. When it comes to ordering the chicken online, there is nooption to choose which piece of chicken I prefer. This is the third time I've had it, and I still don't understand getting theirregular chicken pieces that are not visually identifiable. The last order I received looked as if someone took a breast andchopped it into 3 pieces. We as the public understand that if you get a breast, you may only get one piece, and that's okay. Butchop it up? Who does that? I'm just one of those who need a visual to send the information to my stomach to accept what'scoming. Food that is questionable or suggestive doesn't sit well with me. Outstanding Cafe! Arrived Tue 5/18 between Breakfast & Lunch crowd, ~10:30a. Friendly & helpful counter servers! Excellent... coffee, sweet tea, entrees & sides, all prepared to PERFECTION (yes, really). It's everything Cracker Barrel should be when itcomes to country and soul food cooking. We went here for dinner and it was terrible. Our food took forever and ALL of it was cold. Even though there was barely anyone... in there and several servants just standing around doing nothing. Maybe they're better during breakfast and lunch but we willnever go back. Read more
