The line was BACKED UP but they were really fast, my order was right, but they?re missing one thing - they weren?t polite. Sure... they say ?yo yo chicken to go? and they sound nice when they take your order but when you get to the window to pay the girl saidmy total and that?s it. No ?thanks? not even a ?have a good day.? I got to the next window to get my food and before I realizedthey?d opened the window the woman had a drink in my face ?yelling? at me asking if I wanted any ketchup. Why so forceful? Hot chicken fingers and fries, but the bread wasn't fresh and hot. The floor in front of the register was sticky and on the side... it was slippery. It was mentioned to management, but she just looked at it and kept working. It was during a shift change, so Iguess she didn't see it as her issue. There was a guy making sure the dining area was clean and wiping down all the tables. Healso cleaned the bathrooms. The drink area was nasty and the soda machine was overflowing with poured out ice and drinks. Oneworker did come refill the lids.
