it was very busy when we arrived, but our seat was ready within 20 minutes. the host could've been a bit nicer, but it's okay.... the food was okay, but the bread was a bit too sweet for my liking, other than the bread being sweet, it was an okay sandwich.my husband got a torta and his was pretty good. the fries are good as well. the chips and salsa are amazing! since it was a busynight, I can give the server a pass for not being super attentive. the cook(s) also forgot to put bacon on my sandwich, but Iwas able to get it taken off my bill since I never received the bacon. the experience overall was okay, but I dont know if Iwould come back. Great atmosphere. Amazing staff. Tortilla soup had great flavor and presentation. Was a bit thinner consistency than I'm use... to with tortilla soup, but still good. The food was good and the restaurant is very nice inside. The service was adequate but the waiter took my food when I was not... finished after I took our child outside when she started crying. He was apparently in a rush to leave. So we were rushed outof there. So not sure if we will return anytime soon. Read more

The food is good, but not the best I?ve ever had. At their prices, you would expect the best. The service has often been lacking... as well. We asked a couple of questions and the server had no idea and made little attempt to assist. It?s located in a nicearea. The restaurant is clean and large enough that you don?t often have to wait. My wife really likes it for the atmosphere. Not exactly #BobbySizedPortions but plenty for her. Read more
The Whitest Mexican food I?ve ever had. Rice taste like the rice you can buy in a box at Walmart, cheddar cheese on a steak... quesadilla that cost $16 ???? Refried Beans taste watered down, worse than refined beans from a can. Celery in the Queso!? Ifyou like that kind of ?Mexican inspired? food then sure try it. But I for one am glad that this was a stop on the way home andnot an option for my local Mexican cuisine. No Mexican dishes outside enchiladas, tacos, one burrito and chimichanga options,tortilla soup left a lot to be desired, and had grilled chicken. Basically any of the dishes white people cannot pronouncearen?t on the menu. Poor Jackson Ms. I hope y?all have better options. We didn?t even finish our plates, and that?s unheard ofin my family. Service wasn?t all that either, but it wasn?t the worst part so it didn?t even phase me. Chicken and steak tastelike the Tyson?s frozen stuff you get at the grocery store and they imposed a 20% gratuity for a party of 5 people? Who doesthat?? But judging by the other reviews their service is an issues and they want to guarantee they get tips inspite of badservice and horrendous food.
