First time come in and service is terrible waited for more than 30 minutes then I was ask to order online by the manager. Lady... came out to tell me that they did not have bread for my burger to order something else, I change it to chicken tenders, she cameback to tell me I could not get 5 chicken tenders because the price was more. Told her that I could pay the rest. I had noproblem to paid more but then manager came outside and I was told that I can?t paid more that I had to get 3 chicken tenders orgo else where. If i couod give this place 0 stars i would it isn't even worthy of 1 star because we went tonight and they made us wait 49... minutes ror our food they wasn't even anyone there except 2 other cars and all we order was 2 chicken slingers . The fries werecold and the buns were burnt and the chicken wasn't even cooked it was still pink and raw and you could rip it apart and theemployee that gave us our food basically threw the food at my face . Never coming there again very much don't recommend. Read more
Stopped by to get a treat for the family, took a bit longer than I would've liked, however big shout out for DeShun and Wakisha... who stopped what they were doing to get our orders when asked and provided us with some spoons so we could be on our way. Iknow they were busy and moving around but I definitely wanted to thank them for taking time out. Much appreciated! Read more
On a family outing we stopped at this Sonic and order a breakfast meal. It took them over 45 minutes to even start our order and... then they still didn't get it right. We tried to give them 2 other chances on separate occasions with their milkshakes and bothtimes they were sour. Will never go back to this one again. Read more
I have been coming to this sonic for years and recently their services has been AWFUL. I make an order a head of time and I... check-in on the app I am still waiting for at least ten minutes for just a simply burger! Every time I come here it's always oneperson serving and when I order drinks it would make a sick, they don't clean the nozzles on their soda machines or something.This is completely unacceptable and I will not be visiting this location again until they get their mess together! I ordered a breakfast toaster combo. The bacon was not done and the tator tots were cooked in old grease. This is unacceptable. ... How do you sell customers stuff like this? You should be put out of business in my opinion. Never again Read more
I just got off work & I wanted something good & filling so I stopped by Sonics & grabbed the Super Sonic bacon double... cheeseburger & a large totts. This meal took my fuel tank from being on E to a full tank. Then it was hot and fresh & didn'ttake long at all for them to bring it out. Read more
