This is the first Starbucks I could honestly say, I will avoid in the future. I did not get the drink I requested at first. The... egg sandwich I ordered looked like it was run through the oven twice cooked. They were out of ingredients to make the coffeedrink I wanted. Sorry manager, I am a little spoiled to the other Starbucks I visit around the country. The barista said sheneeded to take my phone to the front register to use the scanner, SMH, I used my credit card instead. I gave you one star toomany, because I know you can do better. Worst customer service ever. Young lady was very rude. As usual they're always out of something. I stop coming here because I... hate the customer service. I was in the area ordered a Frappuccino and of course they was out of the base with was milk. Wow!Just tell me anything because it was 6:21 and they close at 6:30. Target has the best Starbucks. Understaffed and poorly managed. I?m in the area for business and this is the only Starbucks that?s on my way. I?ve stopped here... every morning for a week and whether it?s slow or busy, they are always behind. The display case is never stocked and they areconstantly having problems getting they?re equipment to work. This morning there are 6 people waiting at an unattended line and9 people waiting for their orders with only 3 employees working. Update: I returned today and went through the drive-thru. Onceon the freeway I found that the breakfast sandwich that I ordered was still frozen. Read more

Had to wait FOREVER for a chai latte that I had ordered well ahead of time on the app. I?m generally really patient, especially... if I order a blended coffee drink or something that takes a little longer to make. But their chai lattes are literally just milkand chai syrup for crying out loud. And I payed $1.25 to add pumpkin cream cold foam just for them to put almost none in thedrink. I literally watched the barista pour the tiniest dribble of leftover foam from preparing someone else?s drink. Read more

Super yummy. I love the mobile order ahead option. I do suggest doing the come in side instead of drive thru during busy hours.

This is about my 3rd time coming to this location; so far so good! I ordered the turkey and pesto, wished it was cut in half... like the pictures appear. Today the service was pretty good, although the lady wouldn?t let me take time to say my order. Shewas rushing me to get done . Read more

I paid over $6 for a venti drink for it to not even be close to full. It would have fit in a grande cup and saved me money.

I ordered a drink in the drive thru and pulled around. I realized I was picking my son up so I needed another one. When I got... to the window I asked for another one.
