I only go to this whataburger because it's the closest to me currently. the food is pretty much always right, but service is... very slow, even during the day and even when its not around busy hours. a lot of the employees act very.. interesting.. I'veonly had one good interaction at this location and it was months ago. if they could improve their staff, it would be great, butunfortunately because of the area, that may not be possible. Drive through was relatively quick for how busy they were. Ordered 5 meals all came correct. However, the two of us that got... chicken got super sick the next day. We both went different places for work and ate other meals separately throughout the day.The only common denominator was the chicken we ordered. Zero chance of returning to this location. Read more
Totally messed up a simple order of a burger and nothing else (see receipt). It wasn't just a minor error, but the exact... opposite of what we wanted. Like they were reading "yes" as "no" and no as yes. So I called to let them know about the mistake,drove 10 minutes to go back and pick up the burger. Now here's where the 1 star rating comes in: the woman working the counterlooked at me like I was trying to CHEAT them out of a second burger! This was after I showed her the incorrectly made burger andreceipt. No apology, nothing. Maybe they do have a problem here of people trying to cheat them by making false complaints, butshe should know I'm not wasting my time (and giving a bad review) over a JUNIOR kids burger! So frustrating! Don't go here ifyou value accurately made orders and employees who value customers instead of treating them like crooks. Read more
The food was ok. The fries were old, but those cinnamon rolls are always so ooey, gooey, good. They have just the right amount... of icing and are always warm. When you cut them, it's like the icing in the middle as well. It's super moist!! Read more
Loved that you could hear and clearly understand the friendly lady on the intercom while making our order. Our order was... correct, we didn't have to ask for extra napkins, and the portions were big enough to share. I ordered the bacon burger comboand my little one got the kid's chicken tenders meal. The burger wasn't to my taste, but it had plenty of toppings that were allof good quality. The fries were warm and had just the right amount of salt, but the oil taste was really strong. What a great visit! I was tired, my work day over, and I decided to try this Whataburger. I?m so glad I did! It?s very clean, my... For the love of god stop playing grab@$$ in the back and stand at the register! Watched this happen over and over again only to... have the manager have to come up front to ring people up while employees were playing games. Waited nearly 20 minutes for aburger and fries. No wonder this place is always so slow Read more
