I had the absolute worse experience going here last night! I ordered food online before leaving work so that it'll be ready to... pickup once I arrived at the store. Not only was the food not ready, I had to wait to an additional 2 hours to receive food andthe first time I received my order, it was COMPLETELY wrong, which furthered my unfortunate wait. When I finally received thecorrect order an hour later, everything I had ordered was still not included in it! This location is severely lacking in theleadership department, and it needs to be addressed! This location will never have to worry about having a customer out of meagain! Read more
This is the only WINGSTOP I?ve been to in my life, but I?ll say it?s one of the worst you?ll ever walk-in to! Nasty and... disorganized. The staff seems polite but the whole atmosphere makes you never want to dine-in because the place just feelsfunky. For my second time going here the food was worse than before. Hopefully there will be renovations on how to make theplace look more appealing to the eye and more hygienic. Read more
I placed an order with 10 wings (extra cook time) 3 garlic Parmesan chicken strips and 2 regular plain chicken strips. Neither... order of chicken strips were instructed to be cooked with extra cook time. It seems like they just decided to be lazy and placeall strips AS WELL as the wings in the same basket to cook because the strips were BURNT and INEDIBLE!! At some point you need to address the issues this location is having. I literally had to re-cook my fries today after getting my... food home. Not because they were cold but because they were not even cooked. They were still stark white and crunchy. Defeatsthe purpose of takeout. If the owner would also simply try to call into the store and see how long it takes for anyone to answerthat would be great too. Read more
The ABSOLUTE worst wing stop I?ve ever been too. Ordered online for a pickup and the order was supposed to be ready in 30 mins.... Get to the store after 35 mins and they didn?t even print the ticket yet. Turns out, there?s like 15 other people waiting foronline orders at the same time. Some people have been waiting over an hour. I?m still waiting on my food, 40 minutes after thescheduled pickup, and still no food. Don?t waste your time with this one.. Read more
The food had pretty much no seasonings. We chose Louisiana Rub, Lemon Pepper, and Mild. I have ordered from this location many... times and have never had wings this horrible. The fries were pretty much the crumbs dumbed out of the basket at night. We didnot receive any of the 3 veggie stick orders. The food was disgusting and horrible. Read more
I ordered online at the Wingstop in Ridgeland, Ms. I ordered at 3:20 pm, I arrived at 4:45 and was told it would be ready in 15... minutes. I sit and wait 30 minutes later I ask about my order and it had been ready sitting in the top shelf. My food was coldand my wings were over cooked with little to no lemon pepper. Worst Wingstop I?ve ever been to. Online wait for pickup was 40 minutes. I gave them an hour because of their notorious... reputation for not having orders ready. I arrived to find my food was not ready and I was told the wait was an additional 20minutes. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told refunds have to be issued by ?corporate? and take several days. I?m amazedthat this location and team can remain in operation.
