Was really hungry so can't be sure of my own comments. On this day it was delicious....
Do not come here! Camela is rude and needs some customer service training. Worst food experience I?ve ever had. Store is drive... through only. Ordered a meal, they messed up the order and did not give me coleslaw that was included with the meal. Drove backthrough the drive through, told me to pull up and then wouldn?t give me my coleslaw. Camela, said she needed to charge me forit. I said it?s stated on the menu. I asked if she had a copy on the menu soI could show her and she said no. I said I?d take apicture of it if she needed me to. She said ?yes, you may go take a picture.? I then went and took a picture and returned andshowed her. She then said that they messed up my order and charged me for the wrong thing so she could only to give me a refundand then charge me MORE for the corrected order. I then asked for her name and she said ?Camela,? with a smirk on her face. Thisis not how you treat customers, especially over a something as small as coleslaw, when the mistake was theirs to begin with. Shewas out to prove a point and be intentionally ?witchy.? Any one with any sense of common sense or courtesy would have said ?I?msorry we messed up, here?s your coleslaw.?
