Do not come here! Camela is rude and needs some customer service training. Worst food experience I?ve ever had. Store is drive... through only. Ordered a meal, they messed up the order and did not give me coleslaw that was included with the meal. Drove backthrough the drive through, told me to pull up and then wouldn?t give me my coleslaw. Camela, said she needed to charge me forit. I said it?s stated on the menu. I asked if she had a copy on the menu soI could show her and she said no. I said I?d take apicture of it if she needed me to. She said ?yes, you may go take a picture.? I then went and took a picture and returned andshowed her. She then said that they messed up my order and charged me for the wrong thing so she could only to give me a refundand then charge me MORE for the corrected order. I then asked for her name and she said ?Camela,? with a smirk on her face. Thisis not how you treat customers, especially over a something as small as coleslaw, when the mistake was theirs to begin with. Shewas out to prove a point and be intentionally ?witchy.? Any one with any sense of common sense or courtesy would have said ?I?msorry we messed up, here?s your coleslaw.? They forgot the sauce for the tenders but the meal was good without it. Seasoning was throughout the chicken unlike what we're... use to in NC. Read more
Customer service was horrible! I never experienced anything like the experience I had at this KFC. I came through the drive-thru... and the woman taking my order was blatantly rude while taking my order. I was shocked! When I drove around to the window, apleasant white woman was waiting to receive my cash. I asked her for the name of the woman that took my order and a slenderblack woman who looked to be in her late 40's maybe 50's appeared in the window with her. The black woman literally looked at meand said " Don't do it!" I asked her for her name and she told the white lady not to tell me. She said "Are you going to tellon your sister?" I guess she was implying that I should disregard her behavior because we both were of African Americandecent. I asked again for her to tell me her name. The black woman responded, "No one can help you. Jesus can't help you, just leave it alone. " By this time other KFC staff begin crowding around watching the show. My belief is this woman can't haveintentions of being employed there much longer, but I couldn't believe that no one in the staff, not even the manager whom Icalled afterwards would try to rectify this employee's behavior. Only the pleasant woman that took my money mouthed that she wasso sorry and I did appreciate that. Smh, please train the staff at this store after removing the obvious cancer. This has been the best KFC, that I have ever visited. The restaurant was clean, all the workers were diligent helping customers.... The service was great, for the food. The food was good, no problems. If you're traveling and need that KFC fix-------- stop in. Read more

Free Parking and Handicap Parking not Handicap entrance. They only using Drive thru lol ???? Great experience had to walk in ... drive thru to ordered . Other people did this as well it was fun . The food was fresh and hot. Had ordered the Chicken Pop Piemeal , Spicy chicken sandwich, and Original Chicken Sandwich Meal. Read more
