They consistently make mistakes with orders, doesn't seem to be a problem anywhere else, here it's the last 3 times, my last... attempt, and the food isn't very good, just convenient , plus a %3 surcharge for any debit or credit card. Pretty solid lunch specials! We stopped in for lunch on our way home and enjoyed our lunch. Our waitress suggested the lunch... special where you get a "small" sub, fries and a soda. The portions where huge for under $10 each. Read more

I have ordered from this place multiple times. My order is messed up 8/10 times. They've forgotten parts of the order and never... offer to fix it. If I call they just blame me for unknown reasons. One time they even forgot about my order then when I called1.5 hours later, they said they were closing and wouldn't be making it. They messed up my order for the last time today. Theydid not put any toppings on my sub. When I called, they blamed me then blamed their app. Offered to have the driver BRING ME THETOPPINGS to put on myself. I said no, I wanted the correct sub. They showed up 35 mins after my phone call (I live 2 blocks fromthem), picked up the wrong sub and just left... didn't bring me the right one... and no refund to my card either. Don't botherordering delivery. At least pick it up so they have to correct their problems. What a joke of a place. The only reason they arestill in business is because they are the only close place for food. 0 stars, do not recommend. Get your customer servicetogether, people. Read more
