Listen, it might take a bit to get through the line. But I rather go here then literally ANY tim hortons in my city. They are... polite, and caring. I dont know they've ever gotten my order wrong (and my orders are wrong 70% of the time in my city). Plus,their donuts actually look fantastic. This place is absolutely awesome! Would honestly go out of my way on travels to go here ifI had to. Keep it up guys! Read more
I just left this Tims where I waited 20 min in line, 10 behind the car in front, which by the way they only got a bottle of... pop!! Then 10 min I had to wait for a Medium thirst quencher, which by the way come out of a juice container, all you had to dowas pour. Never going back to this tims again and it's not just this one time, I don't know what happened to this Tim's but it'sgone way down hill. I thought the tim hortons in Chatham were bad!! I'd leav half a star vut it won't let me. Read more

Below franchise standard. Grilled turkey sandwich had all thw meat folded in the centre.
Would you like flies with that? Tim Hortons used to brag about how fast they could get a customer in and out. But now with... their newly added food its almost always a five minute wait for a coffee. Not to mention 90 percent of them seem to have thesereheated frozen donuts anyhow. So much for 'always fresh' maybe it should be 'unclean and frozen' for the new motto. Read more
They never get the order right through the drive through. There's been many times I've passed by wanting to get something but... have to remind myself I won't get what I ask for. And it's multiple things in the order that get mixed up! Very frustrating. Read more
