Ordered the supreme combo, 1 5 piece, 1 3 piece through the drive thru. After paying and getting my drink and waiting the person... in drive thru asked if I could pull up?the supremes were cooking. When I asked about time she stated it takes about 5 minutes.Why was this not stated when ordered or when paid? Poor customer service!!!! There was nobody in line when I ordered. This month alone I had to give up breakfast four times because they were running behind and had a 10 to 15 minute wait on... biscuits. I have to be at work at 6 in the morning and can not wait for them to do there job that should of been done beforeopening. Well it looks like I'm going to have to go to McDonald's in the mornings for now on since bojangles can not do therejob in the mornings. Read more
Food not quality poor!!! Fries soggy and oily, biscuit hard and old. Supreme just okay for $20 I should have got a lot better... but you can tell the workers were playing, laughing, giggling and having a good time so I shouldn't have expected much more.Even when taking my order it was giggling, one takes their position serious now...
