I usually go to the location in New Milford and I doubt they I'd return to the Ridgewood location. Seems like the customer... experience is an afterthought here. A roll of napkins as instead of a dispenser, un-broken down boxes stacked against the walland a lack of decor all seem uninviting. Lastly the bubbles in the bubble tea were warm and not cold yeilding a lackluster GongCha experience. Read more

Great boaba. Would have to say it's some of the best in the area. The pearls themselves are squishy but they do not pop. The... drinks themselves are very much customizable compared to other boba shops around the area (can change sugar amount, ice level, how many pearls, etc) The drinks are prices a bit below Starbucks level but they are definitely worth the price Only critic isthat there is no sitting area inside or outside. At the same time, sometimes the service is frustratingly slow. Other than thatI would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good boba place, trying boba for the first time, or just want agood drink! Read more

Probably the lowest rated gong cha?..the drinks are still excellent as usual. The only problem is that they ignore online... orders. So let me get this right. They charge me extra to order online so I can save them time and labor cost. What I get is formy orders to get ignored, sometimes for a whole hour all while paying more. What?s wrong with this picture? It?s not like theyare busy with other orders. They are just ignoring it, every single time. Yes, that means every time, without fail. What can Ido?..still have to feed my addiction. I just try to visit less and order there. Read more

Small shop but the menu is extensive. Definitely try the variety of milk teas and slushies. If you are not into them, they got... some teas. Read more

Excellent spot for milk tea & fruit tea with boba. There is a wide selection of flavors & add-ons. My favorite is the winter... melon milk tea with boba. There is no seating inside. While I prefer Village Tea Shop down the street, Gong Cha stays open laterand is a good alternative. Read more

The quality of service and product has deteriorated over the months since it opened. My family visit this place every week. We... order the same thing every time. A few weeks ago, when I ordered ?light ice? or very little ice??. I ended up with a couplehalf full of ice. Then two weeks ago, I ordered and paid for bubbles, but it came with no bubbles, I didn?t discover untildriving half way home?. Then today, the bubbles and the coconut jelly toppings I ordered came only half portion of what itnormally comes with (see pictures). I?ll think twice next time before coming and I?ll check extra carefully next time if Icome. Read more
