Omg I guess its hard to find good help. Poorly trained staff on customer service, customer priorities and health hygiene. ... Ordered online said would take 45 minutes for 1 sandwich. I went earlier because it should not take that long. I was the onlyone in line and waited for 5 minutes while one person was sweeping the floor, one was doing something at the grill, one justwalking around doing what... I don't know. All looked at me and said nothing while the one staff member kept running his fingersthrough his hair and didn't wash his hands. Staff needs better training all around. Great chain deli. Very consistent and staff at this location is extremely friendly and accommodating. Fresh sliced meat is where... it's at. Don't buy from those places that pre slice meat:( Read more
Apparently the grill is only open for certain customers? I wasn?t one of them. When I arrived tonight at your location it was... specifically for a cheesesteak. I was told upon arrival that the grill was closed for the night. I reluctantly chose a coldsandwich option. No more than two minutes later three customers walked in (who appeared to know the employee) and all of asudden the grill was magically on when they wanted to order cheesesteaks. I asked the employee why the grill wasn?t on when Iasked and all he did was shrug his shoulders and say, ?Well I can turn it half on for them.? I used to always go to this spot because I love Jersey Mike?s and this one was my preferred restaurant until today that a Law... Enforcement officer parked at the back Lot, that appears to have been hired by THIS JERSEY MIKES LOCATION, gave me a $56 ticket.NEVER ORDERING FROM OR GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. not recommended. Worst sandwich I have ever been given. And to have been charged $9.54 for this sloppy, soggy mess is even more shameful.... Employee making the sandwiches was annoyed that I brought this inedible food to his attention (I paid before receiving myorder). When I asked for a refund, I thought he was going to lose his temper. Instead of giving me my money back, he handed me areceipt and walked away. I repeated that I wanted my money back, not some coupon for a future visit. He replied that I wasgetting my bank card credited. Seriously? I never used my bank card, so how would he have been able to credit my account? Stayaway from this place- you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation and money that could be spent elsewhere for a much bettersandwich. I've always heard about it but never tried it. One day driving I decided to stop and let me tell you it was worth it! I ordered... the classic Philly cheese steak it's the best sandwich I've tasted besides the really one in philly. The place is clean and theworkers are nice. I noticed the cashier wears gloves when dealing with the money and then removes it and put on new one whenmaking the sandwich. Very good! I will definitely be back!. Read more
During grand opening quantity was good but now I guess not. Compare to Subway double the price but less ingredients in the sub.... Tasted more bread. However at least quality is good. Read more
