First time at this location. Wasn't sure what drink to buy because I am not a big star bucks drinker, however when I inquired... about the different drinks the worker at the drive though was very nice, and pleasant. She explained the different drinks andwas patient with me. That doesn't happened alot at drive through services. I order the Caramel crunch Frappuccino and it wasdelicious. Awkward interaction with gentlemen there...rushed to get my order ...hadn't even said americano what size and he says Is that... all. I order the same thing daily from Sbux in Midland Park. Today I was I Rwood & placed the same order here - a grand drink + a... food item. I was told a price $2 more than the same order a Midland Park. At the window they confirmed that each store can havedifferent pricing but then? they gave me a smaller drink!! So a tall drink (also, not what I ordered) + egg bites were $9.Obviously this location is taking advantage of the drive through (I drive through at Midland Park as well) only option. Oh my hahahah I just drove through here and when I looked it up I saw the previous review and 100% agree!!! The experience was... awesome but yea I would say just like the restaurant biz?put your best ?talent? in the front, facing customers and you?ll getmuch busier. Don?t think they ever got an order wrong BUT they used to have really cute & friendly women to greet you at the window. It was... a much better experience first thing in the morning to drive up to That !! Still I guess the tired looking dudes and theothers that they use now at the window Try hard and are sometimes pleasant. However I would return my business here if theywent back to the old way. AWFUL. I pull around to place my order (a frappe with sweet cream cold foam on top instead of whip and a frappe with skim milk)... and the man on the headset says ?we?ll see if we can do that? meanwhile i am a starbucks employee myself and i have madecountless of these kind of drinks. I get to the window and they didn?t make ANY of my drinks correctly AND i ask to scan my appfor points and the man simply doesn?t. I?m so disappointed and i will not be returning to this location.
