Just went in to get an Açaí bowl. You don?t get greeted when you walk in, the girls look Miserable. The cashier with blond... hair had a nasty attitude. She seemed annoyed while taking my order, no smile, overall UNFRIENDLY!. She sat there on her phonewhile the other girl made drinks. She got up when she was done and started my Acai bowl, I asked if she was just starting it,she said ?yeah I had to wait for the smoothies to be done? then shook her head and rolled her eyes as she cut my fruit. At thatpoint I wanted to say you know what just give me my money back. When she finished my order she just handed it to me in a plasticbag, didn?t say have a nice day. I didn?t say thank you because this service is horrible. I won?t be coming back, and it sucksbecause the food is actually quite good. The owner needs to re-evaluate who he has working for him/ her. I don?t wanna see aride nasty miserable face when I walk into a place. I?d rather take my business somewhere else, where people actually care abouttheir job and the customers who pay their bills. Best smoothies on the block, and they have beyond meat! A tad expensive, but you get what you pay for.
I frequently order the Chipotle Wrap and my boyfriend orders the Super Protein Wrap with mozzarella cheese. We both equally... enjoy the Nutter Butter shake. I normally buy most of my food from energy fuel and not complain but today was it. I place an order on Uber eats for basmati ... rice; salmon and veggie; waited about 47 mins and then my order was cancelled without any notice. If you guys don?t have theproduct availability you should call you customers and let them know if they would like a replacement. After reordering my foodfor the second time and waiting an hour and 10mins I end up getting spoiled avacado which just turned me off from eating. Tellme what did I pay money for again? This is just beyond disgusting that the person preparing my food would just think that it?sokay for them to give people spoiled products. Read more
If I could give this spot a zero I would . I ordered 2 BBQ Avocado plates and a goat cheese and avocado salad. When the food was... delivered , the avocado on both plates was no good . I called to complain and was given a store credit only for the avocado . Iopened up my salad and there was a fly in the bowl . I call back again and spoke to Ashley . She was extremely rude . As I?mexplaining to her what was wrong with my order she puts me on hold then gets back on the phone saying she is listening to me andwhile speaking to someone. I ask to speak to a manager. None available. Unfortunately, I was unable to drive to the location butwas able to send Ashley pictures and a video of the unacceptable dishes. Minutes later she texted me back that I will get arefund. Will never go back to this location . Customer service is horrible !! Read more

I've never been to the physical location but I've ordered from them maybe 10 times and have never had any problems! In fact, I... think this is one of the most unsuspecting gem around here! Everything has always traveled well. The veggie burger, veggiechili, my own energy plate, pancake heaven, the pitaya and acai bowls, the cashew cluster smoothie ALL FIRE! I want to highlightthe chili for the use of veggies ???? but honestly everything is so freakin good! They're frequently out of the acai and pitayabowls but I call to ask now and I've always gotten good service over the phone. Read more
