Delicious pizza but sometimes we need to wait a lot to get the order because there is only one worker doing everything.
Placed an order at 4:45pm. As of 6:15 we still haven?t received. No one is answering when I call to check the status or offer to... pick up if they refund the delivery charges. This is the worst service I have ever received and no form of communicationwhatsoever which makes it way worse. Read more
I love the pizzas and all the food that is provided there. Mostly my gripe here is about the service itself. I order online... and they say they do not deliver. So I select carside delivery. This is the second time I did the carside delivery sincethey stopped delivering. First time it went fine. Second time, not so well. I waited and waited. Where's my order? I wasforced to walk and get in to get my order. While I waited, I saw a delivery driver carry a pizza in the vehicle for anorder??? I thought they do not do deliveries anymore (temporarily so they say). I wanted to do a review on their website,but they are not allowing me reply to the questions they are asking me. Horrible experience. Dave Brandon I tried to order to support you and your organization. The Ridley Park location put me on... hold 3 times and then the young man who was taking my order hung up on me. It was not an accident...he was quite rude. Don?t order here they are very careless. And didn?t care that the first pizza was raw and the second one burnt. The response was... I wasn?t on the oven. Smh I?ll call corporate and food inspector tomorrow because it wasn?t sanitary for the driver to come inand put his hands straight on the pizza. Read more
They burnt my chicken bites so bad that you couldn?t even eat them. I called and they said ?it?s normal?, I told them I?ve... ordered them before and this was not ?normal?. They stated they would bring us new ones but it would be 2 hours and they wantedto burnt ones back as an exchange! Terrible customer service.
