First time ordering here because our fav place had a fire recently and we were pretty disappointed. Husbands pizza steak was dry... and the cheese was laid on top instead of melted into the meat. I ordered an Italian hoagie, everything sweet with oil. I got ahoagie with no oil and only sweet peppers and pickles (which are too thick and don't taste great.) We will not be back. Read more
Hello Google Family! I ended up here, searching for a breakfast spot. I really wanted Chinese food, but they, the spot didn't... open up until 11 am. I purchased hash browns, because they didn't have any other option that I wanted. No waffles or pancakes,or no meat options for breakfast such as turkey bacon or sausage.. They had more lunch options. The breakfast options were eggand cheese, ham egg and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, pepper egg and cheese, sausage egg and cheese and steak egg and cheese.The lunch options included hoagies, steaks, cold sandwiches, salads, quesadillas, wraps, wings, burgers, chicken cutlets, hotsandwiches and triple decker clubs. There was seating available. I did not visit the restroom. A nice sized area to eat and Icounted about 3 or 4 tables. Amy, was the employee that waited on me. Been there twice. Both of these salads are huge and packed with toppings and protein. I have ordered my salads online and picked... up. Ready on time. The basil balsamic dressing is perfection. On a single visit, L.H. Sandwich Shop became my favorite hoagie spot in Philly. Not only are the cashiers incredibly friendly... and super accommodating, but I even had a really nice lady from their management step out from the back and double check with meregarding my allergies. She went above and beyond in ensuring I was good to go, both in terms of my special order/request andfood allergy issues. The bread was soft, cheeses and veggies fresh, and the hoagie was full of flavor. The small size is stillmassive enough for leftovers, but it was so good that I didn?t have any. Always delicious food here, a great lunch spot. I love the clubs and wraps. This used to be a frequent go to spot for me but... they have gotten a bit pricey and removed the discount for local business workers so I do not go as often anymore. They alsoused to have amazing steak fries but changed them over to some plain type that definitely aren't as good. Overall a great place,just a few things that have fallen off in my opinion. Read more
