Thank you to two of the sweetest girls who served my husband and I coffee today. We came through Rifle today while on vacation,... on a whim I ran in to get an iced coffee. Upon entering a woman was at the counter being excessively short and rude to thecashier, the woman continued to be condescending to the cashier and as she was leaving tole the two young girls to "go to h***and stay there!" I have NEVER in my life seen someone treat two young workers so very rudely. I apologized to the young ladiesfor the other womans bad behavior and her rudeness. I did not ask what had happened before I came in, it really does not matterbecause there was no excuse for that woman's behavior. The girls told me nothing happened, the woman was just extremely upset.I apologized again for the other older womans behavior and prayed over and for the young ladies. I challenge anyone who may takethe time to read this to be respectful of the younger workforce, lift them in prayer, praise them for working, encourage them,and show them that there are good people in this world, in short be a good human. Donuts are NEVER fresh. Been there 4 times thinking and hoping it was just a bad day but hell no always a bad experience.... Horrible customer service!! I love Dunkin? Donuts unfortunately this location is really lacking. I?ve gone in multiple times hoping to have a better... experience but each time it?s the same. The lattes are just warm I don?t know if their machine is broke or they can?t turn upthe heat setting but most people like a hot cup of coffee not baby bottle warm. The last visit our Croissant Sandwiches werestill froze in the middle had to send them back to get reheated, once they were reheated they came back still cold. The donutswere good. Overall I probably won?t be going back until some changes are made. Read more
I wish they would get proper training, literally takes FOREVER in the drive through and more times than not the order is wrong!... I usually deal, but today I have decided no more! Several times I've ordered the avocado toast with bacon when they do have itin stock they forget the bacon, today it doesn't even look cooked! Come on guys consistency! Read more
Great food! Service is decent you get your food. Employees dont really seem happy. No greeting or smile when you come in.
