Waited in the first drive thru line while three cars were helped in the second lane. Was asked to repeat my order (2 black... coffees, large fry) 3x. Waited in line for 15 minutes to be told to pull up to wait for the coffee. Waited another 10 minutesfor the coffee. Over 30 minutes in line for a very small order. Read more
Food & service was great. Too bad we have to dine in for our food, usually we use the app & curbside and somehow our order is... always messed up, or through the drive-thru too. Read more
Hats off to the chef for hooking me up with extra pickles. The bathroom didn?t smell half as bad as Wendy?s down the road with... their stupid square burgers. The staff seemed a bit overworked and hungry, please raise their wage for at least a dollar.Thanks. 5 stars Read more
Ordered 2 milkshakes from the order kiosk. Waited 13 minutes for my order. When I enquired, I was told the ice cream machine was... out of order. Why did the kiosk take the order? Why was there no sign on the kiosk? My money was refunded promptly. Read more
They are obviously NOT open at 4:30am like it says they are. No one wanted to show up to work today lol.
How many times do they ask you what you want and then have you check the screen to see if it is correct. Then you go to pay and... they Verify your order is correct. You pay and then go to the next window and pick your order up and it is nothing you orderedand it is not even what you wanted so you can?t eat it because it is nasty! I ordered no lettuce and on the box it says nolettuce but you open it and low and behold? lettuce! But that wasn?t a big deal I am not a complainer i was going to just wipethe lettuce out but it wasn?t even a spicy mcchicken it was a dried up over cooked grisly piece of chicken. I will never waistmy money again at McDonalds over $10.00 for a meal that you can?t even gag down. The fries were cold and had no salt at allalso. I don?t understand how they mess things up when they ask you several times. I know what I want when I order thank you! This is how the breakfast comes out looking 90% of the time. They are the fastest at trashing your meal!! Cashiers are great and... friendly. Bathroom are dirty most the time, it would be nice to have paper towels or the foot hinges thing to open the door.Managers come off very rude to everyone. Would go else where but its rifle and only few place to get breakfast on the go. Missburger king. Read more
