For what Taco Bell offers, it was perfect. The service was fast, the food was hot and they gave me the exact number and type of... hot sauce that I wanted. Also, the service was friendly. You really can't ask for much more than that for a cheap fast foodrestaurant. Read more
I like how all the co-workers here are always smiling and laughing! I realize they love their job! The workers always treat me... right! Everything is always clean! I am really picky eater & they only got my order wrong ONCE! I called the store and Ineeded up coming back the same day my order was fixed right away! The manager apologized & gave me some free taco coupons! Iunderstand people make mistakes & that they are not robots. That day decided to eat inside after I seen one of my friends. WhileI was eating inside I noticed the workers in the front cashier was always cleaning lobby or cleaning something I never seen herjust stand in front of the computers which is great but a customer thought noone was working there. I seen him order on theKiosk instead. He did get offered help after he was noticed. They started to get busy and I heard a lady cussing at a managerfor not having the pizza back. The manager said she couldn?t charge them for the pizza because it?s not on their computer yetfor her to charge her for it. So the customer started screaming and cussing at the manager! Good just expensive. New wrappers need in invented , why are our taco , Chulupa or any other like products ingredients still... falling on our laps??? Makes no sense. Do we need Nasa to come figure this out? Read more
The employees her are the worst. They are rude, anti social act like you are a pet being in here. I've tried many times always... the same. The manager is just as bad guessing they train them this way. The worst guessing it won't change. It's sad the foodsmore expensive and what's the point if the employees treat you like trash. If you?re not a picky eater , eat here then. The past couple of times I?ve gone into this Taco Bell , my orders have been... completely wrong or I?m missing items from my meal . Even when I order ahead on the app with all my changes and customizationsthey have still managed to mess it up. And when you take your food back for it to be fixed , you get attitude from the employeesin the kitchen . I get mistakes happen , but when it?s almost EVERYTIME , that?s ridiculous. If you didn?t want to have to makeit a second time , should?ve have read the order right the first time. Read more
