I went to this Wendy?s around 10 pm two times- The first time I was informed it was closed by the automatic drive through box so... I thought, okay they just need to update their google closing time. No big deal. But a few weeks later, I called at 10 pm andasked what time they closed, the worker said 11 pm. So I drove to wendys and was there within five minutes of my phone call, tobe told again that they were closed, even though it was only like 10:08 pm. Very annoying. Read more
Lobby is always closed. Fries are always old. Says lobby is closed due to shortage of staff yet there's 20 people hanging out on... their phone. It's a nice Wendy's but the management and employees not so much. Shame. Read more
Inside is never open. Waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes although there was no other customers and several employees... around the window with headsets on. I understand closing the inside but I don't understand ignoring customers. Read more
I was there late in the evening and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a large drink. The large drink was entirely filled... with ice. The remaining space between ice cubes what is the drink. So basically one quarter or even less of the cup was actualdrinkable liquid. Luckily I was eating in the car at the parking lot as I was traveling cross-country so I was not at thisrestaurant ever before. This is unacceptable to buy ice instead of an ice cooled drink. I walked up to the drive through windowand asked sarcastically if in Colorado they sell ice with a little bit of soda and the worker said yes. Check your drinks beforeyou pull away from the window at this location at least. Read more
They close every day at lunchtime for some reason ensuring that breakfast ends early and I don?t get to eat on my lunch break.... Idc about why this problem exists it shouldn?t at all. Foods fine. It?s what you get from a Wendy?s. Read more
I ordered on the app and I requested curbside pickup. Thus Wendy's for some reason does not have a designated area fir pickup. I... parked where I parked last time but I was several cars away from the building because they were busy so I parked as close as Icould. I waited and waited for my food which ever arrived. I called to ask where it was and that it had been ready but for someunknown reason it was not brought although they knew I was there because they commented on how far away I was. I explained whyand then they said the food was ready and had been sitting there. I declined the food and asked for a refund I was not going toeat cold food. Still waiting on that refund very disappointing experience. Read more
Got the baconator fries. Its just sad. 1st of all Theres barely any bacon, the fries taste like they were reheated on the... microwave and I asked for the large meal, i imagined the fries were gonna be a fair size as well but nope got some fun sizebacon fries? worst place to go to after dark tbh! The food and service was great! I wasn't able to use the app to order my food yet again! Wendy's REALLY needs to fix that! But... everything else was great! Oh, and get a bigger bathroom! Waiting isn't much fun when you've got to go! Read more
