Really rude and unprofessional staff. They are really unpolite and incapable of recognizing their mistakes.
Very slow and bad service. I asked for a few counter items (donuts and croissants) and rather than just giving them to me, the... cashier brought the items all the way to the end of the counter without saying anything and just stared at me until I asked whatwas going on... Stay away! I walked out after 15 mins after not being served being the 2nd in line of a total of 2 people in store.. Very young... untrained staff. No problem having young staff, but they were obviously untrained and looked like a bunch of deer staring atheadlights when anybody asked a question. Absolutely brutal! Read more
Was here at 12:15 only thing busy was the drive through. Dirtiest Tim's I have been to. There were even Flys flying around on... the bagels and muffins. Not 1 table clean. So ordered a coffee and left with no food. My husband was upset even the windowsweren't washed Read more
Even though Covid restrictions have lifted, the indoor service and bathroom remain closed.
This was the slowest service Tim Hortons I have ever been to....the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and food /... drinks were fresh but there were lots of staff on and it took almost 30min to serve 4 customers inside. The drive through wasbusy but again was not moving quickly. Read more
Worst Timhortons I ever been to. To serve faster they keep the toaster in very high temperature and all the bagles we received... came like burned charcoal. Last time I was here before covid and service was top notch. Read more
