Love the food; I feel like this particular Wendy's makes a mean fry. It does take a while to get through the drive-in line... pretty consistently, though, so maybe not when you're in a huge rush. Read more
Terrible customer service took forever for them to get my order, they have 2 lanes in the drive thru and the let 5 cars go... through the first order place, THEN, they took my order. then 2 people cut in front of me. This place deserves 0 stars. Pleasedo not waste your money here. Read more
I understand when things get messed up or ran out of something but I called to talk to the manager about my fiancé burger was... messing the crispy onion and she didn?t seem to care nor try to offer to remake another day all she said was we ran out of it.Like I said I understand when things run out but u need to tell your customers when they order a item that something is out sothey don?t buy that burger so they can pick something else out or have the choice if they still want to order that burger it wasnot professional or polite to tell me at the last minute when I call about the food that was given to me and not to at leastoffer to get my money back or get something else or give me that choice to say it?s okay didn?t offer to remake it another daywhen they do have the product won?t be going back sorry Read more

It?s Wendy?s, not much else to say about it. I just wish they?d bring back sandwiches that have flavor like the pretzel bacon... pub. The new hot honey tasted like vomit, I can make a better hot honey sauce at home. You can taste how cheap the honey is thatwas used, not worth the price for sure. Read more
Wendy's in Rigby is a great place to stop on the way from Idaho falls to Rexburg. Because it's right off the freeway, and... there's hardly ever a long line in the drive thru.. so in and out.. lunch and a chocolate Frosty.. all in about 10 minutes..then back on the road.. thank you Rigby Wendy's you guys rock!
