My dish was so good and filling I ended up not being able to finish it, brought it home, and was as good as on the table, which... was d i v i n e. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Service was good and provided with a smile. However what we were given did not, by any stretch of the imagination, qualify as... « food » except if it had been served by an overworked, ill and hungover parent trying to make sure their kid got at least afew calories at lunch. The garlic bread (which was clearly store bought villagio) was as cold as it gets and had clearly notbeen heated up (looked like it was directly taken out of the plastic bag). Each slice came with a tablespoon-wide stain ofmelted garlic butter/oil on it. The pizzas? crust/dough were barely cooked, and the different types of « cheeses » could notbe tasted at all, a slap of unsalted sour cream (bad unflavoured yogurt?) would have given the same result. For $21/pizza beforetaxes and tips the portions were ridiculous. Looked more like a starter, and tasted worse than a $5 frozen pizza. We went tothis « restaurant » only because after a long day of driving, we did not feel like going out anywhere and we were staying atLe Navigateur. The person who welcomed us at the hotel told us that as the hotel was full we had to book a table if we wanted tohave any chance at being able to eat there?. However, the place was entirely empty. Not more than 4 person in the wholerestaurant? people seem to know despite the average google reviews. Indeed most if not all good reviews of the« restaurant » relate to breakfasts/brunches, maybe those are decent. None of us would ever dare to try. Read more

Having checked into the hotel after driving from Montreal we just wanted to take the easy way out and eat here. When we were... received we were told that there was no table available but one would be available on 20 minutes. No problem, so we go back in20 minutes and no table was available. But there clearly were tables and seats at the bar. So we abandoned Pacini and went insearch of a meal elsewhere. The attitude of the guy who dealt with us sucked. If you don't have a table, that's ok and just sayso but if you want to work in a service industry at least try to provide some semblance of service. Read more
The only good thing about this place is the service, very friendly, polite you name it but we sat down and ordered a starters... and main course and we waited, and waited, and waited a long time, we asked what wad hapening and our plate came around 2h15later (they forgot about us, how nice) my fries were so soft and soggy not much flavor and the steak was so burnt and cold atthe same time it was uneatable. I ofc didnt want to wait another 1 or 2h for them to make me another steak so we just left, witha bill of 90$ for a burnt steak and soggy fries (and some drink) It is also very expensive for what you actually get Read more
Really disappointed & dissatisfied. It cost SO much for 2 drinks (which were gross and tasted like hand cleaner) and two small... portions (that we had to return because they had put cheese in it when I asked about three times not to just to make sure.) Itcost 85 for only that!! No starters nothing! The food was bleh but eatable. Highlight is the server was super sweet andunderstanding and she came by often to make sure everything was alright! She was a sweetheart! But highly disappointed with therest and 100% DO NOT recommend at all. Read more
