One person at the till taking orders and preparing the order so each order takes a really long time and when I asked for iced... coffee she did not know how to make it! It was a 25 min wait for muffins and a coffee! Not impressed at all!!! There were manystaff (at least 5 or 6 ) but they were all working the drive thru! Read more

They never have the promo item, half of what you order is not ready neither it is available anyway. Staff are nice though
