I decided I would try this Dairy Queen again?but I really should have not given them another chance. Ice cold fries, and my... hamburger was so overcooked that it was literally crispy; so gross. The only thing worth anything was my drink. I got no napkinsand I asked for some salt, pepper and ketchup and didn?t even get that or a straw for my drink. Forget this place it?s not worthyour time in the drive thru line, and that?s going to take you about a half an hour?. Ridiculous! Read more
Ordered Reese Cup Blizzard with double extra Reese?s Cups. Received cup of soft serve ice cream. After digging around was able... to see some dust that looked like it could be chocolate. Ask for them to please add my extra Reese?s Cups. Was told that theycould give them to me in a cup and I could do it myself. I chose a refund. I don?t pay for food that I have to make myself.The Local Walmart is a better option. Read more
The manager was rude when I asked to sample the new flurry to see if it was worth buying (samples are commonly given to try... before you buy) but she instead charged me $5+ for a whole flirty. Then she took my order and had me pull around to the otherside whole I waited 20 MINUTES for my food. Then I got my food and please refer to the photo and tell me why that cost $12.00.My fries were half fine and my triple decker burger was cold. ?? For her to act like that about a flurry sample, but still feelit's OK to leave customers waiting outside for 20 minutes is crazy. A good manager would've apologized in advance for the waitand offered a complimentary flurry as a concession. This is a hint to why the only dairy queen in town can't make any money. Read more
Ordered onion rings instead of fries and they gave me fries anyways which was no big deal. Went inside and clarified, and I got... my onion rings alright. Staff member seemed to be upset that I wanted what I paid for. I told them sorry and thank you and theyignored me. If you want bad service and a pool full of grease in your onion rings, then look no further. Read more
Everytime I order food from here, I?m reminded why I don?t eat here and I literaly live across the street from it. Simple... chicken strip meal. Chicken tenders completely stale no clue how old. Fries? cold every single time. Do not come here for food. Read more
