Last two orders from Rincon, GA store were missing part of the order (biscuits & sauce). Called the store, had hard time getting... someone to answer. Finally manager answered, told us to come by and they'll make it right. Went there, chicken still wasn'tspicy and at first they didn't give us a biscuit. So I want through the drive thru last night?. TWICE. 1st time to order/ 2nd time because the order was wrong got home and the... order was STILL wrong. Was charged $4 for a frozen strawberry lemonade but got a strawberry Fanta?.. went back up today becauseI was charged $20 for the wrong food and the manager pretty much dismissed me had another worker give me 2 chicken tenders and alemonade. The manager here is very rude he snatched the item out my hand Because I told him it was incorrect. He shut the window in my... face and ignored me. When I asked his name he walked off. When he came back I asked again and he told me his name and shut thewindow in my face a second time. They gave me the wrong side a second time. I pulled out the line because it was getting backedup only to find item still missing from the order. An employee was taking food to another waiting customer and she took the bagand corrected the order with a smile and a thank you. She also brought the manager that had just clocked in to the door to talkto me. He stated he didn?t have an authority over the other manager and apologized. Just got home with my twelve piece chicken dinner that was $33 and found that I only received 11 pieces and 7 of them are... thighs. I would have gladly waited for the other pieces to finish cooking. By the looks of the other reviews this is commonplaceat this location. Read more
