I got the new meatball and pepperoni sub with fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese and it was absolutely incredible! Much better... than the regular meatball sub. The pepperoni was in large slices and each bite contained a bit of that spicy flavor. I highlyrecommend it! Read more
Negative Stars here just can't choose that option. Ordered a Sandwich and Young lady from South Effingham made it for me. Went... to pay for it and pulled out a coupon for use, was told they were not accepting coupons. I told her that I wasn't paying tendollars for it. The reason for my visit was because of the coupon for $5.99, I mentioned no where was it posted that I could notuse the coupon. I hope they gave the sandwich to someone who could use it. 09/03 - I and my friends are vegetarians and we ordered vegiee subs in this location. Brenden, who is working during our vist... was very polite and welcoming. He himself changed the gloves to ensure that he do not use the same gloves which were used tomake meat subs for other customers as we were vegetarians. He even brought a clean knife to half our subs which was not used forcutting a meat sub. I was impressed with his concern for our diet restrictions and his patience in making the subs per ourcustomization. I'm happy with my vist! Read more
The MANAGER (lady that?s mad she has to make sandwiches for a living) is rude and DO NOT ORDER HERE nor through door dash!... Would not issue a refund so I did a fraud claim! It is not my fault Subway did NOT seal the bag and the DOORDASHER stole myorder!! Read more

I went in and ordered with sheet of coupons in my hand thae said nothing to me. They wait until I'm checking out to tell me that... they don't take coupons. I have used them there before and these just come out on of the local paper like all my other oneshave. Attitude about whole thing wasn't needed. Read more
Absolutely DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HORRIFIC CLEANLINESS. ATTITUDES ARE REPULSIVE. They check-out customers and touch... cash, and then proceed to go back making food using the same gloves that they just touched cash and the computer with. YOU HAVETO ASK THEM TO CHANGE THEIR SWEATY GLOVES THAT HAVEN'T BEEN CHANGED IN WHO KNOWS HOW LONG AFTER TOUCHING WHO KNOWS WHAT. Theyshould be REMOVING their gloves, EVERY transaction, washing their hands after the transaction, whether they like it or not,tedious, but THE CORRECT PROCEDURE, and then putting on fresh new gloves. Got us thru the line quickly during lunch hour, and staff seemed pretty friendly and helpful. Their selection of toppings was... every small, but thats probably not their fault so much as the shortages. Prices have gone up some too, a 6? in $6 now. Read more
