The girls where talking the whole time serving about how someone was complaining about them messing up there coffee, while they... messed up my coffee two times. Then forgot to give me half my order. If I could give this place 0 or negative starts I would. Consistently horrible for years now. 5 people huddled around the drive... through window 4 doing nothing, nobody at front counter. Workers hate that you?re there ordering. Can?t get even the mostsimple orders right. Too bad it?s the only game in town. Bring back McDonald?s!!! Read more
I don't understand how they can stay so consistent on messing things up. If you want what you order DO NOT GO HERE. ordered... crassant staffers got hashbrowns. Order ice coffee get hot coffee. Nothing is ever cooked correct. They rush you thru the drivethru so quick you don't even order everything that I want. This place is trash. Stay away. Read more
Waited a very long time to place my order today 1/23/2022. There was long line in the drive thru. Employees were focused on... serving the drive thru customers. Ordered jelly donut and Boston crème. Not only have the prices increased which I?m surehappened in all dd?s but the donuts are small. Sometimes, but mostly with little filling compared to the amount of cake. Notworth the money. Okay service. Food is not the best and coffee is a hit or miss. The same goes for the staff. They are always fast however and... make sure to get you in an out. And if what you got isn?t how you wanted they are always happy to fix it for you. Read more
Drive through order taker confirmed he heard the 4th item in my order, yet it was missing from the bag. No clue if we were... charged, as we also got no receipt. I wish my friend had checked the bag while we were still on site, as I normally do beforeleaving. At least the iced coffee didn't upset my stomach, even though it had 2 creams vs 1 requested. And the line wasn't 8parties deep, like the Oakland Dunkin' mid-afternoon. Grade C- Read more

The worst Dunkin? I?ve ever been to. Went for the first time and got a frozen coffee. It was so dulled out by creamer I was... basically drinking milk. Went a second time, and the frozen coffee was literally in blocks of ice. It was work trying to drinkit through a straw. I had to break the ice apart to drink it and it still didn?t taste good.
