Service was terrible the guy who takes orders is snotty rushes you during your order, I payed good money only to be treated like... a bother to their existence stay away from rio grande burger King unless you want to be treated like trash. Read more

Horrific! Waited in drive through for over 15 min, which is fine, but to order a whopper with cheese and a medium onion ring... that tasted awful! You would think it was fresh, since I was waiting so long...the onion rings had to have been fried again orsomething. There was literally NO onion in this hard, but hot, crunch batter. Not one single one in the whole order. Just hard,dehydrated batter, that had a burnt rotten old oil smell and taste. My whopper had brown lettuce, no ketchup or mayo, and thebun smelled and tasted like yeast, like it was going bad. For $11.49 for 2 items. Definitely won't be going to this Burger Kingever again! Placed my order online through THERE WEBSITE.Got there and waited 20min in the drive thru just to get to the window and be told... they don't have a drink I wanted. Offered me a replacement but had nothing else I wanted, so I ask to refund it to my card. Theyclaim they can't cause its. 3rd party site that I ordered through and they have to refund me not burger King. Yet I literallyordered it from burger king.com.. manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Then when I got home with 50.00 worth of food Ifind that 2 sandwiches are missing from my order and fries. So my kids got to eat and I did not. Store won't do anything toassist me for a refund so now I have to wait for an email back from there 3rd party aka burger King to get a refund of any kind.Do yourself a favor and don't order online. Also girl that was getting the fries and putting food I to the bags had no gloveson. If I could give negative stars I would. Read more

Absolutely the most horrible experience ever! It looks like they ripped off a chunk of a regular piece?cut that in half? and put... them in my sandwiches! I just threw them away when I got to my hotel room in the crest. Burger King just lost a customer. Read more

Worst Burger King in the US by far. Terrible terrible customer service. Long wait for food. Can?t even give me everything I... ordered. For example I ordered the 8pc nuggets and they didn?t give me them. They don?t know how to restock such as no lids andno straws, you have to go up to the front and ask for them both. Their food sucks and when you eat inside their tables are likerocks when you sit on them. The only good thing about Burger King was the little stupid free hat I found sitting on a table.
