They took out any American workers like they usually do, put in people who can't speak English, who only understand the word... manager, the food is severely undercooked, we got a quarter pounder with cheese, it's half red, nuggets are mushy & fries arelike sticking your fingers in oily chunky mashed potatoes that have points. Your drive thru people play to much and are very rude and need to fix their little sassy attitudes. I use the app to miniumize... having to talk to people anyway and for the coupons , I just want to grab my food and go, Im not rude at all I give my littlecode and keep it moving. I thought the cashier was just having bad day by the way she was acting but their seems to be one whois always having a bad day and it really shows. I noticed it when on this partical day when I was a passenger and not the driverand she was still rude! Maybe someone should call the store and have them pull the cameras footage over the drive thru on hershift and seem that it not the customers.. Read more
Rude cashier. Was not listening, kept ringing up wrong order. Thought she finally had it right after the fourth try. Only to get... to pay window and order is wrong again. Gave the wrong amount of change. Got to pickup window and they were so confused about mysimple order too. Finally just took what I came in for. Read more
Store manager turned off all the exterior lights at 10:00PM. As we were leaving my wife fell off the curb because it was so dark... out there. Also there was a customer in the drive through line waiting to be waited on and they didn't take their order. Managerwould not come outside so I can tell her about my wife falling. Read more

Just went through the drive thru. Won't eat much there anymore. Burgers are reheated in microwave just nasty . But chicken mc... nuggets are good the kids do like them as a Treet. Fries are still good. Read more
